In the list of frequently asked questions, you will find answers to all areas of N-Track modelling.

    • Do I get an order confirmation?

    If you provide an email address during the order process, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

    • Can I track my order?

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link. Click on this link to track the progress of your parcel.

    • How can I make a reservation?

    You can make a reservation by filling in our Mailform on the contact page. We will contact you as soon as possible and will be happy to provide further information and answer your questions.

    • How can I pay?

    Payment is made by cash in advance or with online payment service PayPal®.

    Payment in advance:

    You can pay using your Internet Banking account. Select the form / page for the international

    payment / transfer. Or go to your bank’s service centre, where they will help you.

    Online payment service PayPal®:

    As an N-Track modelling customer, you have the option of paying your N-Track modelling invoice also via the cost-effective internet payment service PayPal®. 

    The online payment service PayPal® offers the possibility to make payments to payees at home and abroad securely and with only low fees.

    • What price advantage do I have as a customer in Switzerland?

    Export deliveries to Switzerland, i.e. countries that do not belong to the EU, are exempt from the Dutch BTW (VAT) of 21% and from now on we will also deliver without VAT.

    How to order VAT-free:

    When you enter the shipping address, our system automatically detects whether you can order VAT-free and displays the appropriate invoice total.

    Please note: All goods are still subject to duty and tax when imported into a (third) country.

    The ordered goods will be cleared on the basis of our customs declaration, which we enclose with every foreign shipment . The net value of the order is stated in this customs declaration and in the invoice also enclosed. Any applicable duties will be charged by the post office upon delivery of the package by cash on delivery. Customers from Switzerland must pay the CH value-added tax of 8% of the net value of the goodsthemselves.

    Please note: A subsequent refund of the VAT already paid (after importation into Switzerland of the goods originally supplied by the Netherlands) is unfortunately not possible.

    • If I can’t pay?

    If the amount is not credited to our account within 14 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order again.

    • Do I have a warranty on my purchased product and how does the warranty process work?

    N-Track Modellbau warrants the products supplied by us to be complete and to be constructed correctly using the build/use instructions. The warranty for motorised landing gear is 2 years.

    The warranty for motorised undercarriages covers the repair or replacement of parts which – through no fault of the customer – are defective!

    If, within 2 years after delivery, defects occur in the product which are demonstrably caused by the product, N-Track Modellbau will directly send you a replacement product free of charge or repair it free of charge. Within 30 days you can send the product to us for repair.

    • Can I order spare parts from N-Track Modellbau?

    If you have any problems with your N-Track Modellbau product during construction, or you need similar spare parts! Just send us an email with the product and invoice number of your order, and fill in the desired spare part number in our Mailformular. We will send them the spare parts for a small fee.

    • Does N-Track Modellbau also have discount vouchers for the webshop?

    Voucher codes for discount actions can be found on our N-Track Modellbau facebook page. the facebook link can be found at the top or bottom of our page. Don’t forget to “like” us 🙂
