If you provide an email address when placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email after you have placed your order.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link. Click on this link to track the shipment of your package.

You can make a reservation by filling out our email form on the contact page. We will contact you as soon as possible and will be happy to provide further information and answer your questions.

Payment is made in advance or with the online payment service PayPal®.

Payment in advance:You can pay using your Internet banking account. Choose the form/page for international payments/transfers. Or go to the service center of your bank, where they will help you.

Online payment service PayPal®: As an N-Track model building customer, you have the option of paying your N-Track model building invoice via the cost-effective internet payment service PayPal®.

The online payment service PayPal® offers the possibility to make payments to payment recipients at home and abroad securely and with only low fees.

Export deliveries to Switzerland, i.e. countries that are not part of the EU, are exempt from the Dutch VAT of 21% and will now be delivered by us without VAT.

VAT-free ordering, this is how it works: When you enter the shipping address, our system automatically recognizes whether you can order VAT-free and displays the corresponding invoice amount.

Please note: All goods are still subject to customs clearance and tax when imported into a (third) country. The goods ordered are cleared on the basis of our customs declaration, which we enclose with every international shipment. The net value of the order is stated in this customs declaration and in the invoice that is also enclosed. Any applicable duties will be collected by the post office when the package is delivered cash on delivery. Customers from Switzerland must pay the Swiss VAT of 8% of the net value of the goods themselves.

Please note: A subsequent refund of the VAT already paid (after importing the goods originally delivered from the Netherlands into Switzerland) is unfortunately not possible.

If the amount is not credited to our account within 14 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

N-Track Modellbau guarantees that the products we supply are complete and can be constructed correctly using the assembly/user manual. The guarantee for motorized chassis is 2 years.

The warranty for motorized chassis covers the repair or replacement of parts that are defective through no fault of the customer!

If defects in the product occur within 2 years of delivery and can be proven to be caused by the product, N-Track Modellbau will send you a replacement product free of charge or repair it free of charge. You can send the product to us for repair within 30 days.

If you have problems with your N-Track model building product during construction, or you need similar spare parts! Simply send us an email with the product and invoice number of your order, and fill in the desired spare part number in our email form. We will send you the spare parts for a small fee.
